Project Management

6-PHASE WEBSITE PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROCESS

Documentation: Requirement Gathering

Most projects fail because of lack of organization. So, it’s 100% important to start a project with all your paperwork in place, i.e. wireframes, copy deck, graphics and UI/UX.

Planning: UI / UX

After assessing the documentation, it’s important to map out the User Experience (UX) to make sure the site flows properly. It’s also important to maintain an attractive user interface (UI) upon visit.

Development: Two-Pronged Approach

  1. Agile Approach: The agile project management approach partitions the project into phases that are tested and deployed in manageable segments.
  2. Waterfall Approach: The waterfall project management approach is a start-to-finish sequential design process.

Testing: Quality Assurance

Each prototype is carefully examined and tested to ensure 100% quality and satisfaction.

Delivery: Server Migration

During the delivery phase, the client’s website or software application is migrated onto the designated hosting platform.

Maintenance: Website / Hosting

Content managers will be trained on website publishing. On a monthly basis, we also offer both website and hosting maintenance.
