There are many negative connotations about the millennial generation, also known as Generation Y. Some say they’re lazy, entitled, spoiled etc. You get the idea. But these judgments aren’t necessarily true. It is imperative that businesses everywhere study millennials to understand their likes and dislikes in order to cater to them as consumers. They are the growing generation and are already starting to take over the baby boomers within the workforce.
